chocolate chip ingredients
The chocolate chips that I've used for the April physics grad tea-times
were purchased at Costco: "Semi-sweet chocolate chips" by "Ambrosia."
Here are the ingredients:
- sugar
- chocolate liquor
- cocoa butter
- butteroil (yum)
- soy lecithin (added as an emulsifier)
- pure vanilla
