Mix up dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas with a potato masher. Add eggs and beat them into the bananas. Cream together the sugar and the melted margarine, and mix them into the banana goo. Add yogurt and mix well.
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet stuff. Add the bourbon and any optional ingredients and mix well.
Grease up the double-sized bread loaf pan or line it with wax-paper and place the ``dough" into a pan. Bake in oven for 50-60 minutes. Allow bread to cool for 10-15 minutes, before taking it out of the pan. Fresh bread will probably require a fork to eat. Otherwise, allow the bread to cool overnight.
Eat bread.
